Well i dont know about disease but the best poisonI have ever made was with 900 power venom. eff 1144 = 2288 tick.

area mind poison and i used bile that was 12/222 so ended up with 240+ charges.

Good thing there were only 5 venoms hu

My current non venom area poison are pot 162 eff 244 = 488 tick

single target poison pot 162 eff 335 = 670 tick
