I had the opportunity to test the Nyax +5 Effec necklace with a newly trained 4004 CM recruit. There WAS a difference in tick amount, so that tells me that effec does indeed work!

So it seems like effec is hard capped at 100, since the necklace does not do anything for me (Besides makes me look pimpin).

But since she had a 75 effect, it did increase the tick amount for her.

I had been wanting to test this forever, and finally had a chance to. We have a +4 effec tape as well so will be testing that too. I'll post the results in this thread.

Are you master CM? if not can you drop the master box and then toss some?

As Master CM

Drop Master Box and then do this (since you dont need that many AP pts)

His post is good to read, rather interesting, considering I was about to drop a couple mil for some more tapes. I think I will spend them for Defence Against Dizzy or KD..
