Your friend is correct in a way, it doesn't affect anything other than weapon speed on a non-Jedi but it DOES seem to affect nearly everything on a Jedi including heal, cooldowns are affected overall for some reason.

it works on everyone but my favorite is killing jedi and having them say omg liek my healz wer glitched i haet thiz game

Well I had a thyroid applied on me the other night and my cooldown delay was noticable after a force heal.

Whats your weapon speed?



Bring back the CU or at least Pre-CU... its better that this MMO Third Person Shooter bullcrap
