If the community wants Agent001, then Im all for it.

A Correspondent doesnt have to be one on live - - thats any players own business. They DO have to maintain a Combat Medic on Test though. Its not so difficult with the Correspondent terminals though...

Dang Texxie, what did Agent do to tick you off this much?

He's tried for it twice now, Knocks. And, in all honesty, he DOES know the profession a lot better the most. Yeah, it's a big job, but he can handle it.

BTW he is making the buffs I missed now, so hopefully we will have them soon. Had to go hunt some Avian meat with him sincea certain person who will remain unnamed, Texxie, did not log in to hunt Pickets and harvest their meat.

Whomever gets it, please remember. It is all Texxie's fault. I saw him do whatever it was (for a small cash donation).

That dentist from Glasser IV did it.

Yeh, that guy over there, with the shifty antenna.

well. poooh.

I'm not a CM anymore, and won't be one anytime soon, but I was really happy with the work Pahd was doing (and Kave before that, and Zarlor, and... well, filthy had a cool name). Good luck man.

I also think Agent would make a good correspondent. I mean, he wrote the faq!

Im a respected leader of a guild on Starsider, I play this game far too much and know the workings of it greatly.

Id apply for CM correspondent, although I dont know if my views on the class are shared by most.

Go read my post of how I view the Combat Medic class. I find it to be a solid support class and think we could use alot of work in that area. We have attacks, its true, but I view them to be attacks aimed and supporting the death of the enemy, not necessarily attacks meant to kill.

/shrug I love Combat Medic. I study up on them all the time. Tell me what I have to do, show me where I have to go... I like having a voice, and I like making change.

I'll second that vote for Daymeeuhn, simply because I think he would get alot done.

I'll sign up for the correspondant position. I have a long list of friends on Sunrunner. I am also a programmer and report bugs frequently. So if you want technical details of what's wrong, and how to fix it, I'd be glad to help. I've also been a (Helper) for months now.

For example: Not everyone uses a wheel mouse to scroll the overhead map. I use a Wacom pen / tablet. What about trackball users?

I am very worried now. I AM SOLIDLY AGAINST DAYMEEUHN taking over the corresp position. why? here we have his solid view on what cm SHOULD be in his/her eyes. Tell me this doesnt taint the position? why would we want someone who has preconcieved notions of what a profession should or should not be without keeping an open mind to all aspects from all of us. I mean those of us that like support and those of us that like to pvp kill. anyone who posts a huge vision of what our profession we spent hours developing, experimenting, scouring for resources, and using up many skill points raises some deep concerns to me. I want an open minded candidate.

Please panda, nullify that application.

While I'm not a CM, I am a Correspondent, and I mostly agree with what Satyr said.

If you want to be a Correspondent to change the profession as you see fit, this is not the job for you. Your job is to express how the community feels the profession should work. That may mean that sometimes, the majority hands you issues that you find utterly outrageous, but you have to put aside any bias and move forward with such issues.
