It costs mind to use the ability in the first place, ie. it costs a certain amount of mind when you put a DoT on or you put a debuff on. It also costs mind when you heal. It's a one-time thing though, it doesn't drain your mind more then once unless you use it again.
I posted this on the BH forums but I will here too ... not sure if exploit yet some say yes some say no (airplane run is a yes)
Instead of a first strike run up to jedi or other player and sit.
Lay down your paralizee,then your thyroid, elect, etc., while sitting and putting paralize back on after each set of two. after all states are on start you normal battle.
While sitting you regain mind faster then you use it for these, so you can have full mind and an opponnet full of the nasty effects.

I have tried this and it is extremely difficult to accomplish. Can it be done? Yes, but the hard part is paralyze not breaking before you are done debuffing. I recommend you get 2 debuffs on and then KD and dizzy and work from there.
