I have healed those in my group. I have poisoned npc. i am not getting xp...anyone wanna get me pointed in the right direction?

Healing other members in your group WHILST in combat.

No xp gained out of combat.

So basically all you need is two ppl. doing low lvl combat macros (replacing tumbling) to start gaining medical xp.

You get medical xp like weapon XP. A mob is worth X amount of XP. If you use only medic skills you get all medical XP. If you fight and heal you get both medical and weapon XP totaling X.

But how does XP work for using diseases and hemmorages and what ever they are called? Do we get XP for killing creatures with our CM meds?

So if I solo (which i do alot!!!) There is NO WAY WHAT SO EVER to medical xp??????? I depended on my poisons to get med xp for HS trees. Now I will never get enough xp to trade in for the 1 billion pts needed to fill force sensitive trees ( 5 mill, 1 mill or 1 gazillion whatever it is doesnt matter now, it's unattainable!)

I played for 3 hrs last night on Dath and got literaly NO med xp!!! This cannot be what they intended, right?

Sorry, I'm slow. And, I'm at work and unable to test this out myself.

So, I'm a CM/Rifle, right? I chuck some CM nasty (infect/deut/etc etc) on a MOB and let it tick down to almost no health. Then, quick like a bunny, I whip out my jawa ion rifle and finish the MOB off. I'll get full rifle weapon XP for this?

I didn't seem to get any med xp last night when using offensive meds on high lvl mobs. I only seemed to get it when i was actively healing the group.

P.S. Unless you wanna party, don't use bacta spray ...it's an open invite to the cloner

you now get med xp for healing yourself in combat as well

My biggest problem is that due to lag and timers I don't get to heal my friends before they've killed their enemy and therefore I get no xp at all although my heal can come 1/2 second after the enemy is killed. Still I heal them up for 500 health, which will make them ready for next fight.

They get 350k xp, I get 30k on an hours hunting trip

This got to be changed!

Strictly speaking you don't need to actually heal damage to get medical XP. You just need to use a healing ability. If you want more medical XP heal yourself or your party even if a heal isn't needed.
