The CM efficiency lines affect application rates but not effectiveness. Getting Master CM and Master Medic have much better chances at breaking an innoculation or just general application.
Unsure of how effective hemmorage is currently although the effect is probably our best debuff if it works correctly.
Traumatize would be a nice counter healer debuff if mind didn't already regen at an incredibly slow rate.

I dragged the enhancer to the toolbar.
So a det toss actually ticked higher when the target was poison/disease buffed? Nuerotoxin actually ticked lower when you used shock? Also I have a problem with your eff/tick ratio.. Do you mean eff times 1.5 divided by 100? And i gotta say nice enhancers. I been able to get a 1050 Det toss using the best resourses i had.Eff/tick Ratio has to be different on det toss and nuerotoxin right? Anyone able to find an Eff/healing power ratio? I was able to make 1210 bacta tosses with 230 uses. I hear cm eff ca's and the nyaxnecklace are working. Anyone have alot of these to tell us what the cap on this is? -EAST

I doubt the difference you see isstatistically significant (if anyone wants to run a statistical analysis on it, be my guest
).

The increase in Neurotoxin per unit effectiveness = (308-250)/250/1.296 = 0.179 (17.9% per 1000 pt effect)
The increase in Deuterium per unit effectiveness = (288-250)/250/1.096 = 0.139 (13.9% per 1000 pt effect)
This is why Im guessing the percent increase is 1.5*eff/100. With the variation in the application, you would need maybe 100 shots to nail this down.

I havent tried examining the effect of the stim enhancers.
OK. Im partially retarded.sorry to bug all in this post. . . . . so this would would be an example of what eff /tick you get generally as I know there is some randomness to it.A 750 enhance would add 11.25 compared to using nothing? 1000 would add 15 compared to using nothing? maybe im wrong but according to your own tests, isnt that wrong?? so sorry man explain it like im in kindergarten. -EAST
