Warcry breaks with poisons now.
However... Feign death is hillarious in this situation. Obviously a way broken template, be prepared for hate tells lol.
Evil right up until you meat a doctor + combat professionor another enemy CM

Master Rifleman/Master Combat Medic.
You can dabble all you want but due to the new resists and the 5% chance you'll miss, you can no longer rely solely on a poison/disease combo to beat your opponents.
With master rifleman I still get the great accuracy bonues, a major increase in speed over any dabbler, and a special that can and will come in handy for a few PvP but especially for PvE situations. With the new resists you'll need a master level combat profession to do any sort of damage should the poisons fail and they will fail. A jawa ion rifle and headshot2 isn't going to cut it anymore and if against a defense stacker you need your accuracy bonuses and a dxr-6b to land a stun and blast their MIND pool to pieces.
With master Combat Medic you get +25% effectiveness, greater range, and /healmind. Now that area cures have been changed effectiveness is a major consideration. Thats even more so with the high potency expectations you need to add in order to beat the new resists.
Don't go worrying too much about the resist buffs, they have had in reality relatively little impact. In most cases it just takes the CM a little longer to kill you, but then again maybe it works just like it always did. It's way too random to be considered all that usefull. CM dabblers can do just fine, resist buffs really haven't changed that much. It really doesn't matter if I gotta throw 10 poisons at you to land 1, as long as I land 1 ![]()
Invariably though I've seen plenty of CM's give up on poison after a single resisted effect, or a single doc cure.... suckers....
Poison/disease deathis alive and well people. I'd only say that it seems to me the majority of the CM population are either lame or dumb and don't really press it beyond a single application. Personally, I've chucked poisons at doctors repeatedly until they screwed up on the heal and died for it. Most CM's won't go that far.
