Nope, you get medical XP when you apply the poison. I went down there before this mornings patch. I was using AE health As Bs and Cs, then had a commando friend who was covert run in and coned his little heart out. I recieved the majority of the faction points since I had already done the majority of the damage. That was too much fun....

No, of coarse not, a 500 damage tick every 6 seconds against something that has 10k HAM is way too overpowered /sarcasm.

800 tick mind disease is not possible
And even in full armor a riflemen will still do more dps then the 120 from a 500 mind poison (or whatever it works out to being)....you show me a master riflemen who only hits for 120 after armor is taken into account and I'll show you the worst riflemen in the game, I'll also show you the worst weaponsmith too.

I am going to have to agree with Xytroncore on this one. this is NOT A CALL FOR NERF OF RIFLEMAN, but i have never been incapped in three ticks of any poison, or disease, or poison/disease for that matter. however i can tell you that the few times i have PvP (20 or 30 times total) i have been 2 and 3 shotted by Riflemen each time. even with my 67% resist composite helm on (not the best i know but i dont have 500k to spend on one helm). there was one time i THINK a TK got up to me and may have cause some damage before i was toasted by a Rifleman, but i did not read the combat script so i dont know if he really got any good hits in, or if it was the MRM that nailed me. The ability for Riflemen to DB from a distance is nice too.
Take into account the fact that Riflemen can shoot their specials at the speed cap (one per scond) add in the damage that headshot2 or headshot3, and/or strafeshot2 does, and you get some of the highest dps in the game.
in case you missed the point of the post, here goes:
1 Master Rifleman Special EVERY SECOND > 1 Master Combat Medic DoT tick every 6 seconds
