I really hope an idea like this becomes a reality on the future planet. I think that inorder to sell the expansion a cool angle would be to say "Build your home on Kashyyyk". I have been thinking about a Kashyyyk home idea for awhile and I am very excited they are releasing the planet in the upcoming expansion.
Kashyyyk Home:

It will be in a tree(this tree mesh will already have the home built into it).
The tree will be player placed.
You then must place an elevator to get up to the treehouse.
The elevator will auto-attach to the platform surround the tree home.
Each tree home must be build next to the main treehome or a linking treehomes.
You can only have one elevator set...one up and one down elevator per treehome village.

You take a large wooden elevator from the surface up to a large gate.
You open the gate and see a bunch of different plaforms.
Each plaform is connect by walkways
Each platform have a large time in the middle of it
Each tree has a door and so windows sticking out of it

Windows are about every 3 meters going around the entire room.
The room is very well lite.
You look to you left you see a stair case in the wall(it is a hallway that going about 4 meters and has a staircase at the end)
You see a small wooden door to the right of you which leads to a smaller room with a fireplace(non-working in it)
The fireplace is made out of stones and have ashes covering it.

The stair case leads up to two small circular rooms comes by a wooden walk way that go from one room outside(across a short wooden walk) and into another room.

Only Wookies can build on Kashyyyk and in limited zones

KASHYYYK WILL HAVE A BUILD LIMIT OF 150 HOMES THEY WILL ALL BE ZONED TO THE FARTHEST POINT FROM THE STARPORT!
KASHYYYK homes will be in high demand so this will be the beginning of the realestate wars!

I wouldn't mind only Wookiees being able to build on the planet, though I would prefer it be non-build due to lag issues and what not.

I don't think you will be able to build homes on it. They are calling it an "adventure" planet and you cannot build on the current adventure planets of Dathomir, Endor, and Yavin.

I too am really hoping there is limited building allowed on Kashyyykk. I realize that its very unlikely but a wook can dream cant he? =) Besides I'm guildmaster/mayor of an all wookiee guild/Metropolis and suffice it to say we would LOVE to get the opportunity to move to our homeworld.
