Love to have some specific content for my TKM. Some kind of oriental feel with like candles or Kung FU atmosphere. Course i have no idea the backround of TK in the universe so that limits my ideas.

I would love a TK Dojo so long as I'm able to spar with others in there and actually earn experience doing it. I don't merely want it for aesthetics because then it's really no better than a normal house is now.

Yeah that was my thought.
Buildings that have an actual benefit/use for combat chars.
It would also add the the apprentice/master feeling that ap points were supposed to give.
Players gaining xp and ap while practicing/learning their craft in a well desinged
environment not mercilessly slaughtering Jantas/Mokks (arent those guys extict yet the must breed like rabitts)

Exactly. Who knows? It may even lead to having specialized housing for non-combat masters or non-combat settings.
An example would be a shop for merchants where you can have vendors walking around the area looking busy and only stopping to greet you and tell you what they're selling (dependent on how you program them). They then go about their business.

Just want to put this down before I get it. Regarding Squad Leaders and special housing, I would have it set up so that you have a terminal which will allow you to see the city you're in, the defenses it has, and possibly what wildlife, or potential enemies may be lurking nearby.
Thanks for bringing up squad leaders as I did forget about them.

those are some really great ideas, but you also have to look at it from a developing standpoint, In any type of house you can create any of the types of housing you just listed. With all different furniture, loots, etc. you can creat the look and feel of a TK dojo or hunting lodge simply by arranging pieces in different ways. I dont know if the devs would code those things in simply because they know with all the items in the game, with some crativity, they all can be created. I once saw an imperial school in a guild hall on chilastra that had classrooms, security devices, the whole nine yards. all it takes is imagination and creativity and you have all those types of houses/structures that you just named.

That is only part of it, we want these buildings to be functional.
Like the TKA dojo would alow you to test Combos on a dummy.
The shooting ranges alow you to see how often you hit each area on a body for how much damage
The squadron leader place would be infinatly valuable
Ranger Lodge would provide a boost to your tracking skills
And so on

Sounds like some good ideas, but here are some of mine (tho some borrowed from y'alls.......)
- Commandos get a sort of bunker that has either one or two floors extending dowstairs, and only accessable by an elevator, elevator opens to a large room at bottom, computer terminals and whatnot already in place (this could also be for Squad Leaders also). Also could add a special weapons locker room with weapons displayed like at Nym's place, but with certain marksman weapons and lotsa heavy wepons.
- All Master ranged get a house that has only four small rooms, but open up outside that reveals (depending on size) one, two, or three targets to fire at. Maybe the Dev's could put in a gambling machine that players could use to see who could hit the bulkls-eye, lol.
- All Master melee would get a roundish house like the Naboo one, save it is larger, and has a spiral staircase up out of an opening to the roof of the house. On the top would be a domed structure but with pillars, like what naturally spawn on Naboo, and has a round rug and a dummy to practice on over on the side of it. It has a "ring" that encircles a main portion of the center to sparr in.
- Master crafts could get a mansion where, in a large room in the back, would be a storage facitliy that would allow for them to store more items (like putting items into a crafting machine's hopper), and might even have certain machines always working, depending on the mastery. Merchants might get a bunch of lift droids running around with crates and whatnot.
- Pilots would gain a large house with a larger bannister than the Naboo medium house, and it would run all the way inside the house. It would be larger to allow for, in the center, would be a holographic projection of one ship in their datapad, even diplaying the name of the ship when one selects the image.
- Creature Handlers would get a house much like the ranged, save instead of an open target practice, it would be a set of maybe ten to twelve pens to place pets inside of, to allow for more storage.
- Rangers........maybe a fort-like structure?
- Medics, nothing, already have a med center.....
- Entertainers, make their theatre better, or just merge it with the cantina....
- Bounty Hunters, gain a building with a large radar screen of the galaxy, with random dots showing their targets, and maybe a static weapons storage room like the commandos, but with BH weapons along with the regular marksman weapons.
Just some thoughts, discuss amongst yourselves.....
