Good idea!!! i always wanted to display my weps in a locker, would look so cool!!! With current bugs in da bounty missions targets would be in pretty random places (eg da mission bout 3km out at sea-how i suppost to kill that?-)

Maybe, but it might ruin the immersion by having towns with a big honkin' temple in em...
. I think it'd be better if the small houses had their floorplans changed so they would look like they do now, but inside would be a large, open room with an elevator in it, which would go far beneath the ground to another floor, one that canbe a true sanctuary. Just a thought.....

as i was reading down i was thinking if they made structure they should gave one that ch's could stor pets in maby even on veiw to show off rare creatures or big things they have caught so i think your idea is good the only problem is when you come to things like rancores they aint exactly small are they?

- Master crafts could get a mansion where, in a large room in the back, would be a storage facitliy that would allow for them to store more items (like putting items into a crafting machine's hopper), and might even have certain machines always working, depending on the mastery. Merchants might get a bunch of lift droids running around with crates and whatnot.
- Pilots would gain a large house with a larger bannister than the Naboo medium house, and it would run all the way inside the house. It would be larger to allow for, in the center, would be a holographic projection of one ship in their datapad, even diplaying the name of the ship when one selects the image.
- Creature Handlers would get a house much like the ranged, save instead of an open target practice, it would be a set of maybe ten to twelve pens to place pets inside of, to allow for more storage.
- Rangers........maybe a fort-like structure?
- Medics, nothing, already have a med center.....
- Entertainers, make their theatre better, or just merge it with the cantina....
- Bounty Hunters, gain a building with a large radar screen of the galaxy, with random dots showing their targets, and maybe a static weapons storage room like the commandos, but with BH weapons along with the regular marksman weapons.
Just some thoughts, discuss amongst yourselves.....

they should just screw all those ideas and make house interiors fully customizable by master architects

That can work too heh - load on demand to boot rather than having maaaany outside exteriors.
Also for commando we can have a Tiki hut

Pikeman should have.... er ... um ... well there is nothing realy specific for pikeman maybe a small house surrounded by walls and is mostly one big garden except for a stone dais that when stood upon while weilding a wooden staff a novice can gain xp for sparing with a master pikeman

Actually, I think the TK Dojo would be able to work for all melee professions. Could have people spar with a dummy or someone of their profession or different.

Yeah, and it would be cool if when ya registered wit the house as a certain prof, it would spawn a few of the prof's weapons in the dojo.... /drools

Docs ought to get a multi-level hospital (Maybe a base level and 1 level up accessable by an elevator) that can let them get a bonus to wound heals and buffs (Maybe 5-10%). It should also come with a built in Food and Chemical Crafting Station and some beds for patients to sit in. Maybe even a non-useable bacta tank just to make it look cooler.

how about an outpost with a building connected to a tower in which the tower u can shoot from a faction building that isnt just placable in a battlefiled would be nice i want a wall around my guild hall and towers man!

My two cents.. (Or maybe inthis case, my two lots.) 
Granted some of this has already been touched on in this post, but this is just what I'd like to see (these buildings should only be available within city limits and cost 3 - 5 lot points):

Melee Masters (TK, Swordsman, Pikeman, etc.) - A dojo like building with 3 rooms (1 large sparring room, 2 smaller rooms), and a training dummy - could give actual xp (minor) or just for decoration.
Ranged Masters (Commando, Rifleman, etc.) - Alodge (roughly a medium house), and an attached shooting range(like the dojo, targets could give xp or just be decoration).
ArtisanMasters (NOT including Merchant orChef) - A workshop with 3 rooms (1 large crafting room w/stations, 2 smaller rooms).
Master Doctors - A hospital similar (but smaller) to those found in npc cities, and an on site npc medical droid (to aid with crafting, etc.)
Master Combat Medics - The standard player owned medical center.
Master Creature Handlers - A zoo. (Roughly a large house or guild hall with cages instead of rooms.)
Master Merchant - A double wide tent. (Similar to the salons seen in npc cities.)
Master ID - A salon.
Master Ranger - A permanent campsite or a small outpost like building.
Master Dancer/Musician - A nightclub. (Similar to the cantina but with a different layout.)
Master Chef - The standard player owned cantina.
Master Smuggler - A casino or smuggler's den. (Either place is perfect for the criminal element.)
Master Bio Engineer - A laboratory. (Like something modeled after the cloning facilities.)
Master Bounty Hunter - A Spynet hideout with terminals and informants. (Like mentioned in the first post.)
Can't think of any other profs off the top of my head right now. (If I missed one, forgive me.. The caffeine is wearing off.)

Note that these are for masters of the advanced professions. Masters of the basic professions shouldn't get anything special. (It gives them something to grind for.) 
Also I think that the master professions should be able to set up their own profession specific trainers for others to use inside these buildings. (Like a TK sensei inside a dojo.) The trainerswould require maintenance (twice that of vendors) and any money made would be divided between the master and the city.
Oh, and on that note, I think there should be two special civic structures available to cities once they reach a certain level (1 each per qualifying city):
1. Academy -It would automatically come with 10 trainers of the mayor's choosing and only the building would be added to the city maintenance, not the trainers. (Reducing some of the excessive weekly maintenance.)
2. Armory - Militia headquarters with permanent Quartermaster vendor that can be only accessible by the mayor andthose on the militia. (Vendor would have very limited space and can be used to storearmor, weapons, supplies,etc for cityemergency use.) This could also double as a Master Squad Leader building. (Thought I'd forget about you guys, didn't you?)
