Thread: HELLO THUNDERHEART /DEVS LOOK AT THIS!!! Remove long gone players house!!
Cant a man make any regular typo's these days? lol
Hmmm, But I really hope that the devs will do something with all of our ideas. To who should I send a PM if I want their attention? Tiggs? Thunderheart?
Well outside Moenia on Naboo (Ahazi) there used to be a field of harvesters that belonged to a guy who had a shop there.. I know he quit, he said he was quitting, he took out all his vendors etc. Most of his harvesters have rotted..but there are a few pesky ones behind my PA hall that probably within the past 2 months finally started smoking.. I was so excited! Yay! Then they turn maintanence off *sigh*
The part that bugs me is that it's so close to my PA hall (it wasn't always there btw..) that I may not be able to drop my bunker....I will be a true blue twilek if that happens as I'm having to take down my PA hall and 11 vendors to find out.

Well the only thing I have noticed in this thread is all that talk about mayors evicting ..
How about this scenatio.... You have a house on a nice spot with a vendor and everyone knows where it is
A new city is placed there (there was none before in this scenario) and the mayor decides to evict you?
I must confess I'm a bit out of date on how cities behave just after starting, but assuming limitations are made according the size (notably; No outpost mayors gets the power) you'd need at least 10 other people to get it to work. If 10+ people say they want control of that land, in true democratic fashion, does it really matter that you "were there first" or shouldn't they be permitted to control the land? Remember that there's absolutely nothing stopping you from banding togheter with some other playersand claiming the same piece of landfor your group of friends first, or some other piece of land.
On top of that, since you can't pack up houses with vendors, even if mayors were given a forced housepackup, that's not likely to be included. But since vendors will decay on inactive accounts, that's not really an issue. The ability to forcefully evict anyone without a vendor would still work.

Hey! It's not a petition!
This is a topic about ideas how to do this purge. I heard that the devs only need a way to communicate to everyone that they are going to purge the system, so if any of you guys has a good idea (which also reaches the people that dont play anymore)... post it!

Well now we have the bunker the problem isnt going to be smaller!!!!!!
True, but at least people placing them will be active players =)
I agree, an automatic house pack-up, or even a one-time pack-up purge would do the game wonders.
Speaking of wonder, I wonder if the reason why they haven't done this yet is to keep the illusion that there are still a ton of people who play the game...?
Its seriously time this issue is dealt with. The playing and "paying" community need some answers!
