The fact that candles burned out put me off completely when they were introduced. Somehow I knew there'd be a problem with them which is why I went with street lamps in my house. Just a way to beat the aggravation of inconsiderate developers.

I don't mind paying for a power cell to run the lights and candles, but lets change the way to do this. Make a tab on the terminal of the building where you can add the power source to the building and thus power all lights and candles inside. We will not have to fiddle with adding a cell to each individual light or candle and the crafters still have a vaible source of income for us to purchase the power cells.

Has there been any new info on this problem? I feel as does everyone else. As a decorator i am illiminating lights and cadles form my work as i and the people i decorate for will not take the time to keep replacing, especially the time consumng designs like the chandeliers in a wedding chappel that took hours to get just right only to have the candles poof.

This change will not inspire more lighting sales for architects, if anything it will cause lesssales as people will just forget sing them. It has also really hurt those of us that create content frm decorating rather then PvPing.

Did anyone else have their candles/lights delete themselves from the house when they burned out, too?

Mine did.

We should be seeing a change with this soon. Sorry for the inconvenience.

So, are we getting our candles back or are they going to stay invisible and take up space? All that hard work for nothing? Bah! No more candles for me.
