Guild Halls are not included in this feature.

It is probably a bug, but at present you can not Pack a Guild Hall on TC.

Its a shame really, I too have a very nicely decorated Guild Hall, as well as a bugged Guild Terminal inside it which no longer works. The only way I can fix the Terminal is to redeed the Hall. The hell with that. I'm not going to deal with redecorating that thing all over again just to fix a lousy bug that prevents me from sponsoring new members in to my guild!

I was hoping the Pack feature would include Guild Halls and hoping that it would solve my bugged Terminal. But alas, at present on TC... Guild Halls are do not have the Pack ability.

Also, on the down side. A packed structure still retains its original lots? So even IF they had included Guild Halls... I only have 1 Lot left to use up. Not 10.

I would have to have 10 lots free.. because the Guild Hall takes up 5. It would then require an additional 5 to replace it because the system looks at your available lots to see if you have the required amount needed to replace the structure, and since a packed structure retains its originally used lots...

A poster on page one of thise thread discribed that little problem very accurately. "Potential for a CSR nightmare"...

Imagine someone with a Hall in their guilds Player City. They also have a small house on one planet... and a Large house on another planet. They decide that they want to Pack their large house and move it to the Player City next to their Hall. Ok sure they can pack it. But they won't be able to replace it... they won't have enough available lots to do it. Now they're stuck with their large house in their datapad with all their items and they'll never be able to get it out unless they delete the Hall to free up Lots.

Yeah sure.

The Pack Feature is a great feature. (/sarcasm off)

Let's hope most of these issues are really bugs and that they'll be fixed before it all goes Live.
