Ok, I fully understand why the dev's felt they needed to change the footprint of the medium house, people were creating barricades with them, and they didn't like that. HOWEVER, the new footprint absolutly stinks!

As mayor of our guild's city, I took great pains to lay out our city, with medium houses being perfectly spaced apart, I set them all one notch away from each other so that it would be easy to navigate through them. Now, we have a few pople who have packed up their houses, and left gaping holes in our city. I can't even put a small garden there,let alone another medium house! I tell ya this sucks big time

Put the footprint back to what it was for heavens sake! Shouldn't you guys have weighed out the pro's and con's here before doing something like this? I seriously doubt that you looked at, and considered how many people you would be putting out in relation to how many were complaining about barricades. The few who complain about the barricades are way way way outnumbered by the many who you have messed up with this.

What about those of us who weren't abusing the medium houses, we don't matter? Our cities are a mess now becasue of this, and that just isn't right

So what if a few cities, or people put up barricades, they are still there aren't they? changing the footprint didn't get rid of them did it? All you did wasdestroynicely designed cities, and make the Politician profession less enjoyable,

And ya know what happens when ya stop having fun? Ya stop playing, and ya know what happens when ya stop playing? That's right, ya stop paying. So go ahead leave this as is, and frustrate yet more people into looking for something new to play, and somewhere new to spend their money.

Jargon, I too have been emailing citizens not to redeed their mediums just because of the foot pint issue. But truth be told.. the devs wont make this an issue because people are not placing this on their wish list.. in the top three at least.

So visit the politican wish list an make reduction of foot print a top three priority.

What sickens me is they are more concerned with credit farmers and double planet residency and stopping tha exploit... yet this issue is not on their radar. It forms a pattern that he devs dont really care about player cities and it seems to me they simply dont know what to do for us now. Taking back the medium house foot print would be a start.. and using the many suggestions posted through out this and the politician forums would go along way.

All they are doing now is giving another building and not really doing anything to help the communities out there now.

My point in mentioning the Tatooine housing is that the difference between the medium and large are in proportion with the current Naboo medium and large. At some point in time I remember reading that this was actually the intended size of the Naboo medium all along.

I'll see about getting a more definitive answer on this.

The medium tat is a larger structure than the medium naboo.

If they want toend houses used for base protection, then they should say so.

But there is no reason to make the medium naboo footprint larger when it is a smaller house.

First they came for the Jedi and I did not speak out because I was not a Jedi.
Then they came for the Bounty Hunters and I did not speak out because I was not a Bounty Hunter.
Then they came for the crafters and I did not speak out because I was not a crafter.
Then they came for me and there was no one left to speak out for me.

There are so many ways they could have done this without destroying player cities. Unfortunately it only affects those of us on Naboo, Rori and Dant so not a big enough problem for them to care. Just look at how long all of the other problems with player cities have existed and as I have, just stop using them
