Thread: How can you pay maintenance to a condemned house that you are not owner of?

I have a large and two small houses on my lots, I can't use /paymaint while targeting the sign on any of them, I have to be inside the house to use it. Tried /paymaint amount, /paymaint self amount and /paymain charname amount even. Nothing worked.
Also tried it with abouta dozen houses of varied size/type that I have admin on, it doesn't work on anything but a harvester for me.
Wish they'd fix this, someone on admin should have the ability to pay back payments on a house just like they can a harvester. And if they consider that a bug on a harvester, how come we can make payments to the structure when it's not condemed?

That is correct - they will need to open their mail for the transfer to their bank to happen...

I think that perhaps the one fellow who had spotty results with some working may been because he had already been in those particular structures. I've found that once the interior objects have loaded in a house you can target and /paymaint from outside, if you haven't yet been inside then it doesn't work.
