I have a house where I am on admin which has become condemned. Owner has left game. How can you pay the maintenance? You can not enter the house to get to the structure management panel

If you are on admin, you SHOULD be able to enter the condemned building. I know I have in the past. Are you CERTAIN that you are on admin and that your name was spelled correctly? In our city we require that the mayor be placed on admin for emergency money deposits, etc. Our mayor has a tricky name and is often misspelled. I always try to test out admin while I have my citizen present just to be safe. Assuming that you ARE on the admin list, were you ever able to do anything for the structure in question, or is this a recent issue?

I'd like to know about this, too. I was on admin for our mall, and the owner hasn't left the game, just the server. So it won't ever be purged, and I'd kind of like to get it up. We were putting what we could afford into it, and now that we have a new mayor, we can actually afford to uncondemn it, but none of us with admin rights can get it.

Check the knowlege base, I think I saw an article saying that you can use some sort of console command to pay maintance.

Unfortunately, you can't. Once it's condemned, only the owner can put money in to uncondemn it.

You've ignored/gutted/abused just about every other profession in the game, while spending most of your time working on Jedi and BH as they related to Jedi. You've basically killed the game for anyone who doesn't want the glowstick. Congratulations.

We have a similar problem in the city where I reside. A guild left the citybut left the PA hall behind. Now it is condemmed and they can't even access it. There is no-one we can contact because it is a lot swap. Those darned CSRs never answered our ticket.

I have sent in a CSR ticket. Let hope they can fix it (I had great luck with CSR before).

I think it is not the intention that it works this way. You can pay maintenance to factories/harvesters even if you are not owner. problem here is that you can't access the panel (well I can but it is still to far away to use it) by using /tar struc and using key to get radial menu.

Removing houses for people who have left game is another story. There are some legal issues with this and CSR are not allowed to remove houses.

I just want to pay my maintenance and get into the house lol

Not true. If it's a factory or harvester anyone on admin can target it and type /paymaint xxxxx

For houses, which I don't believe you can target without a command, type /target (medium, or large or whatever).

/target medium

/paymaint xxxx

I'm not certain you can /paymaint on a house (but the /target command works for them), but you deffo can on facts and harvs. Try it and let us know if it works for houses too.

For cases where you cannot select the structure, /target the structure's name. IE, if the sturcture is "Bob's Bunker," then type "/target Bob's." Note that if the name is colored, you must include the color codes. This becomes a pain since it involves trial and error

I have a friend's PA hall that accidently went condemned, and I have yet to take the time to sit down and figure out what color code she used in the name. Her houses that used default coloring were all targetable by the method above. Then, just /paymaint, and you are good to go.

it all works fine with harvis and factories. but i cant target houses. all i can target is that stupid front sign.

any help here?

Tried to /paymaint on various houses I'm admin on, got some odd results..:

- Could /paymaint a small house,medium house & tent from the outside with either /target <house name> or just clicking on the sign then /paymaint.

- Could NOT /paymaint alarge houseor guild hall from the outside.

Tried many times from all kinds of angels and places and different structures.

Question: If I am on admin on a structure, it gets condemned, and I have the structure added to a maintenance droid, will the droid be able toperfrom themaintenance run?
