I like the sound of the house designs. Though personnally I feel that it will include afair work to implement.

At the moment all buildings are capped at 250 items as there was supposedly an issue with loading up so many items when entering a building. So in that case they would be capped at 250 items.

I'd also put them down as large houses ... so they'd be 6 lots.
