I'm all for alternatives.. but not if they are just as good as the real thing. For example, I don't mind stims being unsable by all.. because they have huge timer delays and can only be so good. Having a good combat medic or doctor around to heal is still way better.

Why do you need something like this? Find an entertainer, it's not that hard. Healing battle fatigue and giving inspiration buffs are all they have left to do, don't take half of that away from them.
