All of mine are gone as well, including the ones making up 2 large intricate chandeliers. When I submitted a ticket detailing the fact I knew all were going to be burned out, but mine had actually disappeared, all I got in respocne from teh CSR was that all candle will be turned on with teh hot fix.

W*T*F?!?! They disappered, not just burned out. To top it off, they are still counting towards my item count in the mall.

How about CSRs that actually read the damn tickets instead of just see candles/lights and give a copy paste answer?

Any update on this problem, i too had some chandeliers in the wedding chappel i made and all the candles poofed.

They fixed it so that the candles/lamps would no longer delete themselves when they burned out. It won't bring back those already deleted, though.

When I was making some new candles the other night, though, I noticed there was no experimentation for lifespan and the final product didn't show it either. All the ones I currently have are showing the same way. Not sure if this is intended or not.

well i was moving my house khristen and i noticed this too for my lamps, these lamps had been up for at least 5months so seeing as they had no lifespan i picked them up and put them back down and they were still alight.... its either a new bug or "working as intended"

Trouble is they are NOT deleted. They are still there, but simply invisible. I am loath to pick up hundreds of items from my structures just so I can use the structure manament terminals to destory the half dozen or soinvisible candles. I don't careif the candles come backburned out. I just want to be able to pick them up and deletethem. Or better yet, if they are invisible, just delete them from my structure.

I still haven'tread any clear word if theyplan on deleting all invisible candles or make them visible again, or leave them as they are and let theadministrators of the buildingdeal with the cleanup. Maybe I'm not reading the rightforums or posts, butuntil I doread clear answer, I am going to avoid what will amount to many days worth of workpicking and resetting all those items.

What he said, I too have many structures that took hours/weeks to decorate and complete. I can not and will not pick up every item to delete the invisible candles. If it comes to that I will just delete the structures and not rebuild. This is crazy, I am tired of cleaning up the devs messesafter every little ut-oh.

I'm still irritated about this, and agree with many of the previous posts. I refuse to take down all of the decorations that took me hours, or even days to put together simply to replace all the candles that vanished due to the complete incompetence of the developers. Instead I've decided to just put up a sign that says something to the effect of "Due to incompotence at the SOE power company thelights will remain off for the foreseeable future". Call it silly and juvenile, but I'd like visitors to know why my houses are so dark.

Is there any way at all (other than cleaning out the house completely and use the terminal) to target the lights/candles?

Any word on if they are going to just delete the invisible candles?

I honestly do not want to redo every building i have spent hours decorating.

It seems that they are gone - at least the ones in my houses are... I had to re-deed a house that had a bazillion lamps in it and it showed 0 items before I took it down...
