I apologize if this has been posted already but, has anyone noticedany missing Candles or Lamps in thier houses?
I know of two people other than myself that have experienced this.
Has this been common lately?

No. He is talking about them literally dissapearing, not just burning out. Mine are gone as well.

Same here, they went out after the new publish. Today I checked and they have all gone missing. The reply to my ticket about this nonsense; "this system is working as intended". How very helpful....

All my lamps have gone missing too. But I can't agree, that "the system is working as intended". If the system would worked as indended, it would be no hotfix necessary. But look what hapened: A hotfix! The question is: Which lamp were hotfixed? Perhabs mine - but where are they now?

Yeah, that's kind of what was bothering me. The CSR replied to my ticket regarding my burnt out lamps with "the system is working as intended" despite the fact that I had already heard after submitting my ticket that a hotfix was in the works. So either people on these forums are better informed than the CSRs, or the CSR didn't even read my ticket and just clicked his "send stock response" button and ignored me.
Oh, and my candles and lamps are all still missing....

My lamps vanished as well and the CSR just sent me a response referring me to the announcement of the candle/light fix and closed my ticket so I could not point out to him that his response did not address the problem. I don't mind losing the lamps. I don't even mind a response that is not an answer. I do mind someone being so disinterested that they close my ticket so they don't have to provide anything resembling customer service.

Yep mine disappeared... even the ones I placed in a fancy arrow pointing to my vendor in my house.

Me too... my candles vanished from my mall and my guild hall (andromeda - on dantooine, sunrunner)... guild hall took me hours to decorate too. Very unhappy. Please pay attention to this problem devs and help us fix it. Or fess up and say you donthave a way to fix it... thanks

All of mine are gone as well, including the ones making up 2 large intricate chandeliers. When I submitted a ticket detailing the fact I knew all were going to be burned out, but mine had actually disappeared, all I got in respocne from teh CSR was that all candle will be turned on with teh hot fix.
W*T*F?!?! They disappered, not just burned out. To top it off, they are still counting towards my item count in the mall.
How about CSRs that actually read the damn tickets instead of just see candles/lights and give a copy paste answer?
