alright as we know moving your house requires you to take all items out of it and then replace them when you put your house up. It takes time and is annoying when you have to move your house to fit in with the city's layout.
Why not allow us to keep our items and re-deed the house at the same time. This would allow players tomvoe there houses hassle free and encourage players to get rid of some storage houses an dput them inside there player city or somewhere else.
It would also allow architects to sell fully-furnished houses.
any thoughts ideas?

I love the idea, I've had to do this before. (Like when my former supposedly neutral guild and town went imperial, bastards, lol)

Yes, Yes, Yes.
I've moved houses at least half a dozen times, and it's a pain. It would be great to be able to deed the house with the items in it. It's really annoying to find a nice, isolated spot, then have people dump storage houses and harvesters around it, then having to pick up everything, carry it to the new location, put it all down, and re-arrange it.
I love the idea, and I can't see how this could be exploited, or be negative to anyone...

It shouldn't be too difficult to code, either. As far as I can tell, when you step into your house you go through a portal. So you could just code the destination to the database ID of the deed, then whenever you place it, you can go through the portal to the same place.
I could be completely wrong however.

thanks for such positive feedback
i thought of this as i used to be ag udil leader and moved my guild hall several times, it contained over 250 items and my small hosue with anotehr 150, it was a multi pesron project and then had to refurnish it. The rest of the city found it tyring too.

If they did this, it would also sort the derelict buildings solution. The game can simply 'wrap up' the whole house and contents into a deed and place it in the players' inventory.

reality check here, never gonna happen
load house with 200 items, store in bank
repeat all you want for free storage

hmm, that is true. But could easily be fixed by coding to stop players placing house deeds with or without items in a bank.

They actually hope to be able to implement this, as they are working on a similar system to purge player housing.

Should allow mayor's to move and adjust homes in their city as well. I took over a city few days ago and many of the homes are out of place and do not line up. They are off just by a little bit and would be a nice way to organize a city. With the players consent of course so there is no unauthorized moving of structures. There is this one house thats out in the middle of an open area if i could move that house a little could put 3 more homes in there. I guess its not a huge problem, but sure would help some of the cities ive seen hehe.
