Thread: Ore recyclers don't make crystalline into gem we can use in casks??

I was just looking in the loot forum and came across a post that mentioned this. Evidently, crystalline is recycled into generic gemstone and can only be used in small and large glasses.

I guess I won't be needing that ore recycler schematic afterall.

Hmmm, that's really bad I was looking forward to getting one of those, specifically for that purpose.

Looks like the only one of any use to me is the flora recycler then

Yeah sucks.

Can anyone post what the Flora Receycler receycles? (the end products)

If it comes out as "recylcled Seeds" or something then noone's gonna use that either really

What recycler recycles milk and water, if any?

From some reports I've seen, the "recycled version" of flora comes out at either "processed cereal", "processed fruits", etc, or one level down: "processed wheat", "processed flowers", etc.

Milk is recycled in the Creature recycler, water in the chem recycler.

I deffinetly need one of those.. It seems no one has the patience to harvest a full 20K stack of milk I know I sure don't.

So, it looks like the only recyclers that will be of use to us are the chem, flora and creature. At least it saves us all some time and money trying to hunt down all the parts to make them, lol.

BE's were hoping the creature recycler would combine stacks of eggs but of course that isn't the case. It seems the recyclers are a let down for a variety of groups that hoped to use them for specific intentions.

(yes, I'm one of those BE lurkers)

It comes out at Processed Fruits, Processed Cerial, Processed Vegetables and so on... Not as Processed Flowers/Berries/Wheat and so on. But still highly useable for components.

The cask-thingy annoys me as well... was looking forward to get the ore recycler for that. Got flora and creature currently... need chemical for water now, and i'm done

Oh well...
Not sure if "processed cereals" etc is really of that much use, since I usually have tons of grind quality stuff lying around anyway.

Creature recylcler seems to be the only one thats really useful.
Perhaps the water recycler, i have some 5k stacks lying around i can't use for anything...

I posted on the flora recycler in another post on this forum. Combining 2 berries gets you mixed berries that are not usuable in any schematic that uses fruits.

I am very dissapointed in the recyclers, I was hoping to use them to combine smaller stack and free up some storage space. Having to own 4 houses is rediculous. Luckily those houses will have more space soon
