Well after Reading this post, I about died laughing. The chefs have been hurting for so long with stuff that couldn't compete with Doc buffs now there food is awesome. So my Alt character is a Master BE and I am willing to make any chef a schematic for a tissue if they bring the resources enough to make two schematics just incase I roll a critical failure and pay me 250000 credits. Cuz I know you will be getting 200k for these crates of what ever and you get 1000 uses per schematic so that is only 250credits per tissue really a steal. Would you scale the price down for a reduced manufacturing limit? Getting a 20k stack of creature food required for a 1000 item run of broad spectrum nutrients might be tough, but if you're willing to do a 400 item schematic for 100k, we might be able to do business. Actually, I'd probably want 402, since one tissue gets used up making the additive schematic, and one additive gets used up making the food schematic.

And didn't you used to hang out around Restuss not long after launch? Your name sounds familiar...

250k to make a schematic, how I take that 250k and spend it on some pot for you to smoke along with the crack you are smoking now. Where has common courtesy gone in this game, If anyone on Eclipse wants free buffs or free schematics or anything send me a tell.

Resources are a limiting quantity for me, and I'm sure they are for many other chefs.

And to get components for BE materials makes it a bit tougher, but I still get them. I have what I consider 'a lot' of creature food, and its 3 stacks of eggs over 300 in quantity. And no stack of 300 eggs is gonna make 1000 BE'd anything.

OK i'm not in this for the money just the fun i just figure if you are going to make 200k for a crate I get some bonus but lets just say 100c per tissue a schematic of 1000 would cost 100000 and 400 would cost 40000. You get the Idea, just let me know if you are interested

I'm sorry, But i just don't see the big deal in making chefs these, dosn't take much time at all. I'm just asking 100c per use just to make a little money along the way

Sorry all, but I have to laugh. I wish there was a way to enforce contract law. If there was I would love to get one of these engineers who go the percentage of profit route. Of course, he might be a bit upset when he found he was getting only 5,000 credits for each crate of tissue. *shrugs*

Signed up to a long term contract, that would be fun :-)

I wish you were on my server. I pay 2 million for 40 crates of BE tissue (yes I still call it tissue haha). I can easily get 20k of meat for 1 million (50 cpu) and then pay 250k for the schematic, and I already have the floral, that saves me 750k. Also, meat on my server rarely goes for 20 cpu. So I can offer 25 cpu and get plenty of meat. Come to SF haha.

I make unenhanced brandy and sell 10 use for 55k/crate. I buy broadspectrum tissues for 50k/crate. I then sell enhanced brandy 10 use for 125k/crate. I don't see where that's being greedy. I also can't see myself charging 200k for a crate of it, but that's my choice. I just hate to see broad statements like "All Chefs are Greedy" and "Chefs want to rip of BE's". I think that if you look around, you'll find that it's not as widespread as people are making it out to be.

You do not use any resources, any factories or anything less than 20seconds a schematic. Docs get at most 10k for buffing and it takes more than 20seconds of their time AND they are using their own resources. They dont say "hey you are going to harvest lots of creatures because of my buffs, I demand 1/10th of what you harvest"
