Thread: Synthsteak Experiment
Steak needs to have its duration set back to No# of attacks and not seconds.
I am still in awe simple fixes like this have not happened yet.
It's still a viable food even as is. So, it's somewhat difficult to say "this food sucks, fix it" when I don't know about you, but synth sells quite well as is in my experience. Would it be nicer if it were attacks? Yes. Not sure it's not working exactly as the devs intended though...have we ever heard anything on that?

I think its quite obvious that the stats are incorrect. The medium range filling on the food was based on the fact that its duration was # of attacks. 27-30 filling on a buff that does not even last a full minute is absurd. Sell well or not it should be changed back to its pre-CU statistics.
same here. was worth a try but i'm not on that much of a diet

I disagree. I'm new to chef and have found that many foods need other tissues, especially foods like Pawaan and Ruby

I think his main point was that for foods that only take light components it's not worth it. This does seem to be true in all cases except Ruby.
Actually my main point was on Synthsteak and Synthsteak only...hence the title of the thread. I make 100% Parwan, 13 fill Ruby Bleil and several other variations using the different additives but was merely sharing my findings on synthsteak.
Actually synthsteak has been my best seller. My vendor is out of it right now while I wait for my tissues to finish in the factory. The product I last offered was:
42% Damage Reduction / 38 Seconds / 27 Filling / 4 Uses (100k a crate)
People have been coming in and buying 4-5 crates at a time. Hard to keep up with the demand lately.
