Just think about this for a minute. If you are getting attacked by multiple MOB's that hit every second or two then it would take a very short time to use up the # of attacks. Against multiple targets I think the new way it works is better although it would still be nice if it lasted at least a minute. Now one vs. one the old way was better.
I made some last night 40 mitigation and 40 seconds and I could have used better hides. I think experimenting to 40 mitigation is good enough then put the rest into duration using nutrient additives.
I think that having both those stats over 40 would increase sales, but if they drop below 40 people will look elsewhere. Having a high duration is key though. Thats what I look for.
The Time duration on Synthsteaks are Perfect as they are. 40 Seconds can make a huge difference in a battle. Take it from different points of view.. in PvE you hit a Lair, Eat the food and you are migrating 5 to 10 MOBs for 40 seconds, Mobs averaging 3 hits a Second, thats like 13 hits from each mob, Depending on CL group size your attacking you an Migrate over 10k in damage as to the 5k you would take from just 43 hits. Now, in PvP there is not much Difference, There are some people out that that have Breech the 1 second mark in firing. So, its still working the same. Now for the people that cant Breech the 1 second barrier and are stuck at the 2 and 3 second mark..A 40 attack damage reduction is purely unfair. Food is suppose to give you a slight advantage not an unfair one.
Lets take alook at the attack side of this food. Correlian Wine and Deuterium Pyro, which are over +180 Accuracy Modifier, they to are on the timer. If you make the Steaks on per attack basis then these Foods should also be on the Per attack basis as well. which I bet will catch hell if it did..
