High quality lights and good resources might get you to 90's (90 is all you need to go because the timer is 90 seconds), however just to be sure, I go with the mediums

Well, unless you've got some really good FL/OQ resources, you'd probably be better off with mediums.
Unenhanced nutricake caps out at around 75% recovery reduction. A light tetramate gives roughly 25% increase, which would hit around 93% recovery reduction on the nutricake if you experimented to 100% Flavor. Anything above 90% does give the 'instant re-burst' effect, although some people like the 100% reduction, since that allows for the initial burst run getting broken by dizzy states or knockdowns.
A medium tetramate gives a bonus in the 40s, so it's much easier to hit 90 or 100 without uber resources.

Just a suggestion, but if you have decent resources for the flavor adds, you can use recycled milk for the additives. I do that, since I can get a good deal of milk if its recycled. Using this method I can get adds around 44 or 45....and that should easily get you to 90% on the recovery bonus.
Makes it easier to get a good deal of milk too. I save the good milk for the recipes that actually need it....I recycle everything else into recycled milk for bantha butter and flavor adds.
Hope this helps!

Parwen Nutricake is a food that needs a FLAVOR additive, not a nutrition additive. The milk people are referring to is required for the flavor additive. Change your additive and you'll probably raise your recovery bonus.

Even though recycled milk will allow you to hit the 90 recovery target, I haven't been able to get to -90 recovery, 21 filling with the resources on my server without using a 46 or 47 flavor addie. Those are sorta the magic stats IMO since it'll allow the user to burst run 6 times in a row (5 times with the parwan, then one normal burst) as long as their stomach is empty. In order to get good milk, I've been buying up 30k resource kits... they're like 2-2.5 mil on my server now and regular quality milk sells for 50-65 cpu so it's not really that much more. Plus with the demand for good parwan, you can spend a lot on it and still make abig profit
