Now we need to start a bump fest for our broken schematics...

-edit- Would be master chef that is. Apparently the devs don't really care about fixing the fact that our products are pretty well broken.

So I guess that should read..

Maybe not so yay. I got quoted two prices. for medium 90k, for Heavy 105k.

Are they trying to price gouge, or are these prices in line? (They seem out of line, and there is no way I can afford a 90k medium harvester)Here isthe materials list

Med Flora

6750 Low Grade Ore
2915 Metal
550 Chemical
505 Steel
500 Aluminum
250 Copper
250 Carbonate Ore
200 Reactive Gas
150 Non-Ferrous Metal

Heavy Flora

13500 Low Grade Ore
5990 Metal
1110 Steel
1100 Chemical
1000 Aluminum
500 Copper
500 Carbonate Ore
400 Reactive Gas
300 Non-Ferrous Metal

Costs for large buildings are out of line IMO because too many people are uber rich. Toss in the fact there are those who just mine resources and resell them for 4-6x credits when it costs them about 1.5-2x thus they make a TON of dough and therefore the arch's feel they need a cut of that pie by chargeing WAY more for the harvestors :-/

I've even heard 180k for hvy harvestors :-(

Yippy!

Yea, I think 90k is a bit of a price gouge.

My architect buddy is selling all medium harvesters for 45k. But because he's my buddy he's cutting me a deal. I would insist on the 45k or less. On Bria, it seems that fair pricing for resources is 3/u (that is if you are harvesting these things yourself)(with those pure miners completely overcharging), giving the med harvester a resource cost of 36210. At 45k my buddy is still making about 9k of profit, which seems fair to me based on the time he's taken to get architect levels, etc. Even if one has to buy all the resources at 6/u a med harvester would cost around 72k. 90k results in a 18k profit margin. Too much.

Even if an architect has to buy their own resources (which i can't think of too many who actually buy even half of their resources), 90k is completely unfair.

I'm sure that some archs will be getting this 90k price, but I think everyone should just walk away from someone who won't even come close to the 60k range. At most I'd give 70k, beyond that I would just manually sample next to my tiny harvester and get more without it and have saved 70k (THAT I DON'T HAVE ANYWAY).

Demand the fair price of resources. Any profit should be considered a "tip."
