i have a clothing attachment that is +11 intimidate/+ 7 2 handed speed. is it possible to place it on a bio shirth that is +11 intimdate or higher to make the 2 handed speed stick, or do i have to get a +12 intimidate attachment and place that first on the shirt, then place the speed attachment?

You should be able to plug it in directly. The BE intimidate cancels out the one on the tape.

2-handed counter attack
2-handed evasion
2-handed damage
(same goes for other profs such as 1-handed evasion, etc. but unarmed damage works for tkas cuz its their power mod)
are all broken, they are from beta and have never been taken out of the loot tables.
2-handed melee speed
2-handed accuracy
Counterattack
work like they are ment to.

I have a +3 2-hand speed/+4 unarmed acc Ca I want to use. A friend just loted a +4 unarmed acc CA. Will the +4's cancell each other out so I get the speed bonus?

Yes it should. Makse sure to put the accuracy +4 first then the speed tape. Make sure the item your slapping has 2 sockets open.

They won't cancel each other out you will get the +4 accuracy from the first attachment and then the +4 speed from the second.

So, it needs to be greater, not just equal to cancell a mod out?

Equal works. Test it yourself with crap attachments if you want to. I tested it three times with the same results, but some people still swear that it works only if it's greater than. It's a possibility there's an element of randomness to it, but my research has shown that equal will work.
