yes I agree this game overall just plan sucks I dont really do anything but log on to check my factories anymore i owuld rather play battle ship on Yahoo games then SWG

We are definatley in a minority....someone earlier said %5 of the server....I'm thinking more like 1-2% has Novice Chef per server. If the numbers my calculations are right (and they probably aren't ) then there are about 10,000 people per server. My Ahazi chef count has reached 41 since I've been keeping track (about 5-6 weeks), and I'll figure I missed about half of them, so I figure there are 100-200 with the skill.

Minority class, non-combat class, and our product has little impact on gaming balance overall (excluding, of course, the chefs themselves)...don't expect an answer anytime soon

thats it for me ,tired of waiting for a fix ,chef is something i really enjoyed ,but i can see theres going to be no support for it .i have canceled my account ,and will check back in time tosee if they have fixed the problems ,but this is starting too look just like everquest there is no support there at all .its a real shame i though this was going to be a long lasting game, but i was wrong .can anyone suggest any other good online games thats not sony i like support ?

I don't know about anyone else but ive been sitting here at master chef for a good long time now and I am really getting fed up with the whole lot of nothingness we get from the Devs.

If the devs dont do anything soon I dont know how long I can sit around and wait .. its really getting frustrating.. Does anyone else feel the same way ? perhaps if the deevs know alot of chefs are readly to leave the might do something about the profesion..

Devs dont care because chef profession consists of less than 5% of a servers population. People dont play chefs because theyre broken and it sucks. the cycle will probably go on until no ones a chef anymore, that way they wont need to fix the profession.

The chef will become an archaic artifact from when they failed miserably to makea viable buffing professionwith their little sandbox experiment of crafting professions.

There aren't a lot of chefs really. I don't know how much longer I'll be with the game, but that has a lot to do with a lot of things, not just chef. It frustrates me that many of my friends have left the game because they find combat unbalanced / not fun, and because they don't see a fun and interestinglong-term endgame. This has to do with things like a broken buff system, but also with a lot of overall balance and content problems. I focused on chef and doctor so I could help make my friends more successful when they go out and fight. If they leave there's no reason for me to be here, even if my buffs got better.

Well i am standing on the fence....

Already went the route of something new but realized what i want is to be a chef....

If i don't start having fun....EQ2 comes out in March lol

Of course that is a soe game so i may not play it on principle and just go back to being a productive member of society

I have actually canceled my SWG account, and will not pay another penny until Chef is finished. I am sick of paying them to fix a game that was broken on release. Best thing is, you keep all your stuff, so after its fixed, I'll come back with 600k, 5 heavy floras, and 2 heavys of everything else, a house and a guildhall if I ever want to make the Chef museum. Anyways, after october 12th or so, I probably won't be posting much untilI see big chef changes in the update notes.

Rebl i joined the chef ranks with the same intentions as you, The Buffer class, wish i would have researched it a a lil bit more but oh well i guess i can offer my l337 mind buffs lol. But i guess there isnt room for chefs according to the devs lack of any reasonable/unreasonable/miniscule feedback, but the amount of master chefs on ahazi is a joke. I am starting college up again soon, so i can leave and use my time to contemplate why i ever chose to be a chef and why i didnt take the advice of my friends. Who needs love?
