and I'm sure the chefs know this all ready, but for anyone else that may experience this, it's worth knowing:

Havla thats 100 rated is the same as 109. Dont let yourself be fooled into paying a premium or something if a vendor is tryingto get more cash cause there's is "higher than the others". As long as its 100+ its the same, and on the same note, if its >100 its worthless.
