Yes it bugged, current Havla i use last me 21 uses, but when i use it, it only works for 13 uses then leaves my system. It would also be nice if the stomach content amount was a bit less, would do great for long buff lines without worrying your stomach may be full when trying to take another hit of Bivoli. It's a great food, but bugged to pure hell. At one point when i mixed Havla, taking one made by one chef, then when it ran out taking a hit of another made by another chef, the 2nd would not work at all, still giving me thenormal delay between buffs as if didnt have it in my system yet it's showing up in my enchancement window.

Yeah I have the same problem but I noticed recently, yesterday, that it will still affect your heal time by a few seconds up to it's full count. Just not as fast. Everytime the "Your ready to heal more wounds" comes up hit the button and you should get your full ammount of heals out of the Havla. This caused me to have a 2-3 second max wait after the intial spam of healing. If somebody else wants to test this out by all means PM me the results as well.

Yeah, annoyed the piss outta me. Had my guild chef make me some 92 effect havla and exp the filling down a little bit....there was almost no affect (not sure if there was one at all). So yay for havla, the expensive food that you can take once every 20 mins with bivoli to affect 20 buffs *stalks off muttering to self*.

I've found this same thing. However, you will have to buff between the "You're ready to heal more wounds" messages, in other words.. no time at all.

Even with the changes in recovery time, unless the new times are instant like havla gives, I cant see why docs/cm's wouldnt want it any longer...

I used a Havla last night, same as always, buffed about as fast as I could hit the buttons... unless whatever patch went in today has affected it...

Actually, from what I was told just recently:
Buffing in a city without havla is just as fast as if using it.
Buffing out in the wild requires Havla or you will have a 3-5 second delay.
The person who told me is a reliable friend, but, having someone else try this and confirm will tell me whether or not I should still make it. If it is as stated, then it IS a good thing to have while out in the field as timing is everything when it comes to healing and buffing out there.
Can someone test this, please?

well if you are using a macro with a pause 8 in it and use havla and hit the macro, youre still doing a pause 8 between heals... i may be misunderstanding you, but it seems youre thinking using havla will make your toon automatically burst buff....?
take a havla and hit the packs on your toolbar quick as you want and watch the difference, or make an identical buff macro (copy n paste original) but then change the pause to 1 or 2 and try that out and see if there's a diff.

Can someone test this, please? And you can't have any delays in your macro. Just simply placing your buff packs on your tool bar and pressing F1-F6 one after the other will confirm this.

If it was no longer viable as a product, or had been relegated useless as the recent "no critical failure on assembly" has made Pyollian Cake, I'm quite sure the Chef forum would have a ton to say about it all ready and you should go there to find out better answers if these arent helping clear it up for you.

I have no idea what this person is talking about, anyone else? There are no city "bonuses" or what-have-you that affect a doc's treatment speed. Not a NPC city hospital, and player-city med center, a droid, nothing but the level of the Doc in the treatment speed line. Unless this is somethign that just came to Live I am unaware of this is not the case.

As I stated earlier, i took havla and buffed myself instantly, along with 2 other people last night (til the havla ran out on the 25th heal). I dont use a macro, I click in order on my toolbar where I also have my Biv, Havla, and med droid and resist packs all lined up.
