Thread: What Mineral/Chemical/Gas Resources do you seek the most?

My point was when I use lower quality materials the failure rate and or lower socket occurs more often I have tested this outsince Betacrafting with crapand slowly moving to the best materials i have and the better materials alway consistently produced less fails and more sockets. I cannot always afford to travel to lay down a harvester on a planet that is producing the best resource so I am forced to use the not so great polymers and fiberplast and metals as well. I found the same thing with crafting tools and buildings the better the material the less fails and better stats. It might be my imagination but I feel this to be true and we can agree to disagree.

"Where can class 4 liquid be found? I've never seen it yet."

- This is a chemical and can be surveyed using a chemical survey tool.

- However it is very rare, and you might have to visit other planets on your server to locate any at all.

High quality, repeat, high quality, cereal, especially wheat, oats and rice. Vegetables and evergreen wood are also in demand. The key to making anything good is HIGH QUALITY. Been a master chef for quite some time and that is the best tip I can pass along to up and comers.

Starscaper,

So you say to make better stims you have to use the specifc resources? Is that true even if a specifc resource has lower stats such as:

Fadei, Lokian Wild Wheat
Marked as available 13 days ago
DR=25, FL=780, PE=95, OQ=748

What he was trying to explain was that the "Advanced" components require those specific resources as opposed to just saying organic, inorganic, chemical, etc..

Yea I did more research on swgcraft and have better understanding now. Basically the more advanced components you use the better the potential outcome if you can acquire these specific resources.

Gib tell your wife I'd like to be added to her Medic email list whenever you guys find these specific resources.

I'd suggest making swgcraft.com her favorite site to find out what specific resources certain classes desire.

If the stuff is somewhat easy to get (e.g. starter planets), don't bother starting your business. There is only a handfull of chefs on each server and we can live very well with small harvesters, getting more resources than we need (if we are master and past the practising phase).
If you want to support growing chefs: wheat (2 times more needed), corn and water.

However high quality from non-starting planets is always welcome: reactive gas, fruits, water, tubers, rice, oats, greens, fungi, softwood. There's too much to mention. We need almost everything. Not in large numbers, but a lot of different stuff.

Any High Quality part that goes into the 4 normaly used advanced components.

High Quality Avian Meat.

Any Quality Class IV liquid Petrol or Dolovite Iron.

About the only thing I look for every game day is high quality avian meat.

I'm guessing that bulk low quality Tat fiberblast/Lok wheat may sell. However, Ihave yet to market any of mine. I figure I'll blow through around 20K of each in Adv Bio Controler hell...

Class 4 Liquid Petro

Dolovite Iron

High OQ/PE Herbivore meat

High OQ/PE Avian Meat

Reactive Gas

Tat Fiberplast

Domestic Oats

Dant Berry Fruit

Talusian Water

Those are the resources we use. Of course the higher the Potential Energy , Overall Quality and Unit Toughness the better the stims, enhance, revive packs that can be made.

atm Class 4 petro has yet to show itself on lowca, well, it did, for 1 day, then the server went to **edit** and destroyed everyones supply of it, so still, no Class 4 Petro on Lowca...

Decent Dolovite Iron would be nice also.

Class 4 cannot be on the Bria server I dont think. this is because I went to every planet and used every survey device known to wookie kind. the option to even survey for Class 4 hasnt showed up.

as for Dolovite. I found tons on Tatoooine, but just recently it dissapeared for now. I havnt looked into it really because i have alot on hand for the moment.
