You don't understand the new system. Getting these boxes will not require spending 6 months unlocking a jedi. As I said previously, most characters will qualify for these boxes on patch day with little to no effort at all.
Only those that have already unlocked will qualify for these boxes. Everyone else has to do the quests. Notice they didn't confirm that it would only be crafting missions either. Don't kid yourself. You will be required to do noncrafting related missions to get this. Some of them will be damn hard as hell. Remember, they also said that once you complete theses missions you will have the option to continuethe path of Jedi. Hmmmm....sounds like Initiate to me.
