Oops, just thought of another similar one - can you stack buffs (ie eat 2 diff foods at once and have the results add up)

Okay... I'm not really sure how long it takes for food and drink meters to go back down, but it is a while. 5 minutes maybe. Maybe more.

As for stackable buffs, yes, you can eat two different food items and have it stack the same buff. For instance, if you eat a Meatlump that buffs your Constitution +50, and then you eat some K-18 Rations that buff your Constitution+70 points, you should be buffed +120 to your Constitution.

Thanks I just recently got a holo and it told me master chef. So i went to theed and started grinding. i pretty much got novice chef in one day. thanks alot for the info i now know what i can make to hurry up and get master. i probably won't keep it since the next holo will tell me something different. At first i was discouraged because i was 10k from being a novice bh. Well i guess thats the way the cookie crumbles. lol

Chef is actually one of the easiest and cheapest crafting professions to Master. It only has three things to grind on efficiently, and it only takes about 500k resources to grind to master. One of these days I hope they fix it and make my chossen prof worthwhile, but until then I can always dream. (Training does get expensive though since its hard to find a person to train you, its just as easy to pay for it.)

Well that would be artisans not chefs. Try the artisan forums.

ok for starters... im not a chef... so before you flame me on the "what are you doing on our forums" tangent let me say... im a holo chaser... as is a good friend of mine... i drew BE while he drew Chef... (to be honest i feel sorry for the poor bugger... well... me too ) my quesion to all of you out there is.... the BE components... are they only usable in certain recipies... or can you use them in all of them... my buddy told me to whip some up for him and he would try to use them to help me with my grind... and in turn im using a good ammount of his foods for the UXP to both of us... so please let me know how to use micronutrient supplements among other things in the chef recipies

much thanks... great FAQ btw

They're only usable in some subcomponents. Soypro, for example. They are not usable in all recipes.
