I have Management 4, so I may dropped my "Pick-up Vendor" that Iuse for special orders and have a Vendor for food and a vendor for drinks.

But I don't remember having more than 100 items at the same time in my vendor

I'll have to cut out singles and fives, and only carry full crates. I'll also probably have to move 75% of my menu to special order status.
