ok first off ive invested over a million just to obtain the resources in suffiscient quantity to produce a 420 18 stack 39 minute VB.

then i have to buy the BE enhancements, make sure they are of suitable quailty, and get them to make em for me continuously.

add to that 6 factories producing 24/7 to get the crates out at 40-80 per week, which wont ever supply the demand i already have

and thats just one drink..................................... see why this costs so much?

i simply wont have time slots resources or manpower to get other foods off the ground for the forseeable future.

300-350 k is what i get for the 420's site unseen, most time there sold before there done even.

the biggest plus to VB is its not a constant sale item to a player, meaning it has decent longevity depending on the players pvp habits.2 crates should easily last a month for a hardened pvpr.

so.....costly yes on the short term....but welll worth the cost on a per use or hourly buff basis

I figure I will be charging roughly 150k per crate of chilastra. thats for brandy with stats around +350-400 or more if I get some better than great results. lasting for approx 45 minutes. so no down time. with 18-21 charges depending if I experiment on that. the equasion I'm using is pretty strait forward.
((Time in minutes*buff size)*charges) / filling . after that add 10% and it covers all the costs pretty well with a nice profit margin considering the factory time.the real killer is the time to make the bio enhancers. took my factory around at 21 hours to make 420 broad spectrum nutrients with a nutrition rating of 83. factory time each was 173 seconds.

you deserve a nice payday with having to put up with all the time spent runing factories. with 2 factories running as much as possible.. taking me about 4 days to make a 420 run of medium enhanced brandy. still waiting on the trim though.. for the casks. .this equasion only really works for this. and other things with extremly long factory times. otherwise the price goes up high a bit quickly for the customer.

Well I charge 155k a crate, I like to base my prices on resource cpu. My non enhanced stuff is marked at rate 14cpu so my non enhanced brandy is 25k a crate. The BE i work with uses a 20 cpu rate for the additives and i charge that same rate for my side of it.

People charge what they want i guess, but the money is really irrelevant i crossed the 10 million mark in cash prepatch probably had an equal amount in resources. I'm sure many chefs here on these boards have acquired alot more.

As people have said the crates last a long time eventually demand will slow and prices will fall.
