I re-name Bofa treats pet treats, but I think I will steel the Creature Kibble idea I like that name better.

I re-named Blob candy Pseudo Newbie melon, right after the newbie melon nerf. Now normally I can't pay people to tak Blob candy, but when I re-named it It flew off the shelves. (single stacks only, this was before I had a factory, and I don't think I would crate it anyway)

Other than re-naming it for a special order for a client, or for my own amusement, Ieave the names as it is, but I put what the food buffs in the title. It seems to sell better this way, I thinka lot of people on my server still need to be educated about food. I also put suggestions for use in the descriptions on my vendor as well as what other food will combine well with a given item. I often peruse the other profession boards to find out what stats they use up and what combos of food may be useful for each profession.

Although I do like the idea of naming the drinks on my bartender in our player city cantina after either the town or the residents. I might try that.

Renaming the foods has only made things better for me. I get alot of questions on which food or drinks are best. I ask a few simple questions like what profession/weapon they use or which HAM bar seems to drop the fastest for them.. then I either let them know what I think would be best or I forward them a self sent ingame email of tips that describe which foods/drinks work in the best combinations and if you can eat or drink them more than 1 at a time. Its important to educate your customers.. they'll get the hang of using your products and will return for more when they run out. Its great when someone sends me mail ordering crates of Dark Roast Coffee and Apple Fritters instead of using the real nameAngerian Fishak Surprise or something Vercupti something. lol

Looking back at how Chef was in the beginning with 1 use per food item from factories, to broken food stacks, to buff incapacitation... the Chef Profession has come a loooong way. I love it now and regardless of what alot of people say.. Food/Drink buffs are really really useful to those that are educated on how to use them. The huge health/action/mindfoods/drinks(which are quick heals),completely save me when I'm out visiting harvs and a mob jumps me. The mind buff drinks and foods(glucose) are bigtime savers for the jedi characters who often get in trouble with the mind bar. Those ryshcates(Honey glazed donuts) and BoH's are also great for TKA, Rifle users and many of the other professions. I love this profession! I sell about 15 different types now and they all sell great. I've babbled long enough. Go Chefs Go!
