Has anyone tried this with Spice made post-Publish, or are you still testing with pre-Publish spices? It's possible the coding for Smuggler's Delight is hidden in the combination of new food + new spice.
Just throwing out ideas. As a Pixie addict,I'd really like to see this food working.

It worked for me...
200 seconds normal hangover.
115 seconds from eating smuggler's delight BEFORE eating the spice.
Note that it does say that it affects theNEXT eaten spice.

Hmm.. Same.. I was using pre-patch. I will also give this a shot tonight after class.

Any new information on this? Will it work with post-patch spice? Just curious as I would really like to make use of this.
