I started using Pikatta Pie last week.

I will never be without a supply from now on. It gives you a much better chance to dodge (considering I had none), and it extends the per-hit kind of food buffs. I used to use synthsteak pretty quickly, but when I'm only getting hit half as often, my steak lasts twice as long.
It's markedly improved my grind, and probably kept me alive a score of times when I would have been in over my head otherwise.

Only down fall with pikatta pie is the large filling. Use pikatta pie for pve. For PVP use Aircake for less filling.

Large filling? I can pop a pie and have my stomach empty by the time it runs out. Never had a problem taking a hit of pie, snowcake and then having to hit the big dose of vercupti after the stomach had emptied some. And its even easier with some of the lower filling vercuptis that are being done now(IE the 49 fill ones.)

The only time that filling has become an issue with pie is after I've had to pop a heavy vercupti to survive after the snowcake and pie durations had staggered.

Has anyone tried using it in PvP against a tkm? Just wondering how it would work against a TKM because of their super high accuracy.

Adds directly to melee def (been tested) useless in PvP (tested against a tkm) character on pikatta was 115 melee def and was on %54 pikatta.TKM never missed out of 10 hits.

Works great in grinding.

Ranged version is fizz pudding.

For PVP I pop Synsteak right after buf and brandyf. Wait for filling to drop. Head out. Find target pop. Aircake, Snow cake, KD food, Melee Defense food= full stomach and take mando wine. Have another Synsteak rdy along with moun and pixie. This is the best combo of Food I can think of.
