going by crates only, i sell singles on a different vendor, usually just the ones not worth making into schematics
1. number of items: one location, right now 280 crates
2. merchant 0001 and working on building it back up before the patch
3. i put whatever crates are done cooking onto the vendor at least once a day. i try not to run out, so it's not really a 'restock', just adding more to what's there. lately i've been selling 200-300 crates a week.

1. 1 Location - 1 Vendor, I think about approx.250-300 crates and bout 50 or so singles.
2. No Merchant skills... but grinding up an an Alt as we speak jut in case this RAgafRaaGHhgHraftionning patch goes live. 
3. I restock pretty often depending on volume - average once every couple days I'd say.
4. Not big time, not small time - I probably sell anywhere from 50-80 crates a week depending.

I am still pushing to get my vendors fully stocked. I have been adding 1 to 2 new types of food a week with about 10-20 of each item. I then keep these items stocked at par levels after the inital stock. I have only been a chef for a month so these levels are growing as I make money and aquire new clients.
Now to your questions:
Location1: 3 vendors around 230items and growing
Current Merchant Skills are 4/0/0/2
Not sure on the number of items I sell a week....but it is definatley growing as I am becoming more well known....I am currently stocking it 3 times a week and I am small time for the moment.

1. I usually keep between 100-200 full crates of food on my vendor, more if I do singles, but I have only been doing full crates lately
2. im Merchant 0001
3. I usually check my vendor every day, stock every 2 days usually.

I'm in temporary retirement, but my stats where:
- Location 1: 2 vendors, 200 items
- Merchant 3403
- I was selling 150 to 250 crates a week and I restocked my vendor daily

I stock:
- Number of items:
- Location 1: 1 vendors, ~200 items
- Location 2: 1 vendor, 200 items (Just restocked and loaded all stuff)
- Nov Merchant
- I've got a bunch of customers, and Vendor #2 is in a nice high traffic location. I don't think i'm Big time either, but I make high end stuff. Sell maybe 60 crates a week? Not really sure on that as I delete most of the sales emails.
This Patch would make me drop a couple skills to get some more merchant, and minimize my Variety of foods offered...I currently have about 75% of all foods represented on my vendors...and would have to drop a LOT of them to keep up with the Biv, brandy, canape, vercup, steak, ahrisa orders.
I only usually sell singles that were made while making a schem, but have a lot of partial crates etc that people really seem to like...these would go away with the patch for sure.
So is Patch 10 when we were promised /pietoss?

- Sellatleast 40 full crates of foods/drink a week, less than 20smaller crates (I only stock crates of 5,10 and 25, no single items).
- Additional info: My menu consists of 28 types of foods/drinks
- Imonitormy vendors closely and restock every 3-4 days. Whenever I replenish a particularfood/drink, it'll be at least 19-39 full crates)

I am currently running 3 vendors
One is my food vendor which I keep up to about 75-125 items on it
One is my BE vendor which generally has around 30-50 items on it

The last is my special order and storage vendor...usually no more than 10 items....mainly backpacks full of food components

I sell in the upwards of 50-70 items a week....I restock usually at least one large stock a week and usually 2-3 smaller stocks
