Well just letting you guys know how mine turned out:
34 Fill / 86 kd def for a little over 10 min, pretty proud about this stuff.

With a filling additive, I get +44, 12m 50something seconds, and 25 fill.
Though I'm guessing you could easily put more points into filling instead of duration.
