From my testing, Trimpian doesn't effect the "tick" damage. It may effect the chance of sticking, but though my tests were short, and unreliable, it didn't seem to be of much use there either.

Did you take the Trimpian after getting hit, or before? From some testing reported here, the % flame resistence only works for the damage from the initial hit. However, the tick damage is based of of that initial hit, so you also should get a reduction in the DoT, provided you ate the Trimpian before you were on fire.

The results were posted here:

http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=chef&message.id=43750

and were done between Pub9 and Pub10 (so there is the possiblity some changed/broke since then).

"Parwan Nutricake: If you attempt to eat a dose while dizzy, you do not begin burst running (intended, as you cannot normally burst while dizzy). However, a dose does get used up. A dose is also used up if you attempt to eat Parwan when your HAM is too low to burst (this does give a descriptive system message)"

You may want to add a note in there that mention this probably related to a bug with burst run. If your ham is too low and you try to do a burst run, it gives a system message. Once you have enough HAM though you are still not able to burst run. The game thinks you did burst run back when it told you that you couldn't because of not enough HAM.

I actually don't think that the 45m digestion should be shortened to 30m.

The 45m works fine as it is, and most of our foods are adjusted to the 45m.

food gets digested faster, player eats more food, player needs to buy more food from you cause he ate it all faster than usual.

this is a good thing for chefs

I don't see T'ssolok in your list of the bugged foods. I posted the results of testing that Velara and I did in this threadwhere we found it has no affect at all on entertainer buffs.

Quick bump for visibility and some edits. Sleandria: out of curiousity, have you (or another musician/dancers just as methodical) tested this more recently than 6-16?

I also did some Smuggler's delight tests:

Testing was done with Shadowpaw (I found a bunch up for sale on the bazaar), -100 Str / +250 Action / +250 Quickness for 600s, normal downer 200s.

Control test (no Smuggler's delight):

Ate spice: 19:18:25

Downer started 19:28:25
After wears off: Str -100, Action -250, Quick -250
Downer ended: 19:31:45, duration: 3m20s

101% Reduction Smuggler's Delight:

Ate spice: 19:32:58

Downer started 19:42:54
After wears off: Str -100, Action -250, Quick -250
Downer end mesage: 19:46:14, duration: 3m20s

100% Reduction Smuggler's Delight:

Ate spice at 19:50:56
Downer started 20:00:54

After wears off: Str -100, Action -250, Quick -250
Downer end message20:04:14, duration 3m20s

97% Reduction Smuggler's Delight:

Ate spice at 20:04:52
Downer started at 20:14:51

After wears off: Str -100, Action -250, Quick -250
Downer end messageat 20:14:59, duration 8s (200 * 0.03 = 6s, although may be rounding issue on system message's timestamps). Stats returned to normal

So a useful tip for chefs not in the know: don't go over 99% reduction...

I'm curious about "Confirmed bugged displayed percentages (percentages given are the inccorect ones from schematic)". Is there a thread where this is documented/discussed?

So you are saying that all the foods that show filling based on Fla66, OQ33 and nothing for flavor are actually identical in requirements to the majority of other foods that use the standard DR75, OQ25 template?

If so, I'm glad I found this out now instead of after I finished the spreadsheets I have been working on. I'll definitely have a look at this. Thanks for letting me know about it.

Havla bug: if you time your heals/buffs right after you take havla you can continue healing/buffing indefinately. since you get a message that tells you that you can heal again after the normal delay (even though you can heal earlier due to the havla) it lets you heal again at that point.... I have seen doctors do long lines of buffs this way (more than an empty stomach and multiple doses of havla could account for).

I have not retested it, no. Is there any reason to believe that something was done to fix this? The various other bugs that exist in entertainer buffing (outside of anything to do with Chef) that were introduced in Publish 8 are all still present. I can try this test again, assuming I can get some more T'ssolok to test with (Velara recently posted in the Eclipse forums that she is taking a break, so the person who originally supplied me with the test T'ssolok I'm not sure I can get some from anymore).

I believe so, but not everything has been confirmed. I supposed it's possible that some foods have had both the text percentage descriptions and the underlying item data changed to, say, Fla66, OQ33. But it really needs to be checked.

Oh, and if Flavor is missing completely (like on Blue Milk or Bespin Port), then the standard percentages for Flavor aren't going to get used (since there's nothing to experiment on). Looking at my post and your reply, I'm not sure if there was any misunderstanding on that topic.

Do you have some detailed steps/timing necessary to recreate this? If you can send it to me in a PM, I'd appreciate it.

BTW, you must be the only person I've seen who's a member of both Team Hawtpants and RATGWNIWNU. Does schizophrenia really mean never having to say you're lonely?

Not necessarily, I just wanted to get a rough feel for "last tested" on some of these. If you haven't, don't worry about it.

Lol, it sure gives some lively times... and you are the only one who has commented so far... waiting for the stealth ranger attack soon though..

i'll send you more details in PM, but I haven't tried to recreate it so I dont have a guaranteed method of replicating it..
