Even at 130k I have sold 1 crate so far :/ I need to start with somewhat low prices to gather a customer base (pretty new Chef and all that). As a DE I sold quite a lot of BH Droids, and most of them to the same people. Getting repeat customers is somewhat important.

I think you either need to have a very good spot for your shop or a good reputation to get away with the high-end prices on all servers

(and no, I am *not* hologrinding - I dropped DE because I was so disappointed with the profession. Dropping Architect for Musician slowly, too, now. I cannot sustain more than one business and will run our Cantina as the singing and cooking frog instead )

Man I love how I can be all chummy and brotherly with you on this forum, discussing such manners openly, yet want to rip your guts out on the farstar trade forums. This chef board truely is heavenly

Also, trust me, if you got it out there that you were going for 130k, we would rip your guts out because all of our custumers would come to you. I sell at 150k for LIGHT additive brandy and I have a long waiting list...

How much does a crate go for? Right now, I have a crate of Vasarian Brandy that I am going to sell. It's stats are:

+345 Mind/Focus/Willpower for 35 minutes 30 seconds, 50 Filling, 18 uses

And I have 2 other crates that will be done tonight, with slightly higher stats, because I have 2 more experimentation points since yesterday.

Those are bio-engineered, with a Broad-Spectrum Nutrient.

How much should I sell it?

This would be my oppinion. First of all, let me give you a frame of reference. I've been a master for quite some time now and have a pretty good reputation and fame on my server. My prices are always pretty much middle of the road. For Plus 395, 45 filling, 18 per stack, im selling crate at 200k. normal brandy plus 202, 45, 18 per stack 100k. Thats 444 cr per use and 225 cr per use, respectively. Double the buff, double the price, basically.

However, judging by your numbers and by what you said, i'm assuming you aren't master yet, so you shouldn't be charging master prices when the quality just isn't there. I would probably price yours in the order of 125k for the be version. Obviously it depends on your server, but you want to be lower priced in order to sell the lesser quality buff.

50 filling works. My brandy has 50 filling and I and my customers have had no problems taking two. But I have heard of people who cannot take two 50 filling brandies and only 49 will work. Just test it out is my opinion.

One of the things I have been doing is trying to get mine down to 45 filling so that a person can stack a dose of 8% filling Spiced Tea on top of 2 doses of Brandy in order to add a little extra mind to the buff. It appears that the 3 or 4 exp points spent in the filling instead of nutrition doesn't have much of an effect on the buff and in fact, i think i usually end up maxing out the nutrition anyway, so i think its worth doing.

I am a master and bio supp all my brandy I sell it for 350k with no problems.

we are talking 420 buff, 50 fill, 18 stack 33 min duration

I have had no problem selling this product for the price.

I had a few people question the price. they bought some lower gradeproduct elsewhere for half the price after you explain the process and how an 18 stack of 420 can be double stacked his previous purchase did not seem so well. So he bought to crates,

I explain it like this. If you are at dinner and buy a bottle of wine just because they both hold the same amount of liquid, would you drink, $5 thunderbid or$200 bottle of import wine. They usually understand after that.

So good luck

Well as it stands right now, I can make brandy that is non-BE Enhanced with stats in the neighborhood of +280 for 35 minutes and charge 2k for a stack of 6 or 45k for a crate and I can't keep up. So I would say 130k is a reasonable starting price for your brandy and if it flies off the shelf then slowly increase the price.

There are professions out there that live or die by the stuff and are always looking for it.

Hope my 2 creds worth helped.

I have a specific style to all my food, if it can ithas a duration of 45 mins. helps for a constant buff and you dont have to sit around for 10 minutes to buff up mind again. hurts on the buff size a bit, but I'm willing to make that sacrifice for the no downtime.
