i have master artisan/master chef/master rifleman with 18 skill points to spare for either novice medic(which i use my droid for) or novice scout(if i need meat). BE's are everywhere. no need to waste skill points on another crafting class, get a combat class. i have rifleman only because i can make my mind buff foods and will never worry about mind incaps. best thing is you can trade food for weapons and never have to hurt your bank account!!!!

Mynew alt (Trevail,on Starsider)is a Novice Chef, with Novice Architecht and Master Artisan. I am (almost) Master Doc and (almost) Master Pistoleer. My partner who also plays is a Master Sword and (almost) Master CH,currently workingto move into BE to support the chef aspect of our new character. With all of these professions to draw from, we are able to work cooperatively to meet all of the chef's needs ( as well as our own! ) This is an ideal situation, and not likely very common. I have found that being in a guild (FDWS for us) is very helpful and fun, and can really enhance your experiences.

I am a Master Chef/ TKM, novice tailor and merchant 4/0/0/2 currently. I like the option to craft or fighti when I get on. The novice tailor is nice because I can make my own trim. And merchant is obviously to sell product! But ultimately it is going to come down to how you like to play the game. Good luck in your choice. Hope you like it!

Go Master Chef/Master BE/Merchant 3001 - that gives you 3 vendors, you can advertise and do vocalization training on your vendors.

Here is a Fairly self suficient Temp.... MC/MBE/3040Scout/0001 Merchant or you could just go novice merchant if you can live with 2 vendors and go 4040 on the scout to get the extra Mask scent

It's amazing what a man can accomplish when he's not worried about who will get the credit.
