Do we know what gets transfered with us? Obviously not house inventory but what about personal inventory and credits?

You don't have to be a chef to test the food....make sure nothing makes you drop dead after eating it...not that that would ever happen.

Where is a lot of this Chef testing going to be done? My character on TC is combat, so while I can't make food/drink I can certainly try it out. I just want to make sure to go where the people are.

Same question as Marrok, I'm sampling resources, hoping to give them to a chef to make stuff for us, and hunting, etc. I started in Naboo and I'm close to that New place by Theed, is that where everyone is?
