Chef Archive

I do not think chefs are afraid of new chefs. Abeit I have not been a master chef for long but in that time Ive met about 3 non holo chefs and seen another 2 or so become master chefs. I was happy to see some competition. Now I KNOW I have to put out a quality product. I also like to hear people who decide to become a chosen profession becaus they ended up liking it. Anyhow welcome and good luck.
