Great all we need now is for the drink container resources to be lowered or effect raised and maybe a break on the meat in the BE food, but kinda doubt it since they raised the effects.

perhaps add the second part of that:

"We will add your organic, and culinary distinctiveness to our own."

but SirVimes...if you assimilated Nikii...you'd have to assimilate her psychoness too...probably not a good idea.

Ok.....so your telling me, that Im going to get THREE HUNDRED AND FIFTY SIX XP for my Ithorian Mists?!?

Oh dear god please say thats what you mean(or do you just mean the novice chef stuff...).

Now all we need is lower resource containers and this patch is going to make me sooooo happy

Actually, no. For ithorian mist, you get 240 (as opposed to the 170) you used to get. I think that is the one exception.

Still, before, with a few exceptions, you would get 2 experience per resource. Now we are getting 4 experience points per.

Hmm, just looking at the list Ezran put up:

Ahrisa
21/26/38/13
Focus +184 for 38m
33
3

So you can now take 3 for +552 focus, wait 30 mins, take another 3 for +552 focus bringing the total to +1104 focus and go on a rampage for 8 mins

Once we get this produced by Master Chefs with skills tapes in Player Cities with top resources and BE additives I think we will see Chef buffs that rival Doc buffs

I imagine that if over an hour is possible then triple stacking is a possibility

Which is as it should be, Chefs deserve to be as good at buffing as Docs, not least for the sterling work of their notable correspondent

and that makes me a happy rifleman.

its nice to see the devs are listening to someone at least

Well well. Methinks the main grinding food may be changing then. Up until now, there was(I think) a food that gave a little more XP than ithorians but was less convinient to make, with containers and this doubling of XP, ithorians may lose their spot as the premier item to make master with....

Woohoo! I tested the stomach thing and thought it was still 45 min. But non-linear makes more sense.

On another note: BoH isn't as uber as last night *sigh*

Breath of Heaven (Jan 30) I'm gonna have to start dating them:
Buff: 370-610
Duration: 6-12 min
Filling: 72-44

Great, I decide to spend my last hour at work actually...working instead of reading the boards, I get home, watch some simpsons, and look what I miss.

Forget that, you're what I called you when someone mistook you for a Dev. You're Moses bringing the word from the mount, and it is good!

Wow thats even better news. Get Sci in here and have him figure out a way to make the system give us more buffs then it should. He loves math.

Let's see. A 50% Flavor, 50% Nutrition Vasarian brandy should give you +150 Mind/Focus/Willpower for 45m. With a 23 filling (which I can get with my bad TC resources and piddling Cooking skills) that'll digest in 30 * 0.23 = 6.9m. But since you're not completely full after drinking four, the first rebuff is at 2.4m

0m: 4Vasarian brandys, +600
2.4m: drink another, +750
9.3m: +900
16.2m:+1050
23.1m: +1200
30m: +1350
36.9m: +1500
43.8: +1650 (better take advantage of it quick....)
45: +1050 (first 4 wear off)
47.4: +900 (fifth one wears off)
50.7: +1050
54.3: +900 (6th one wears off)
57.6: +1050

From there, you just bounce from +900 to +1050 by chugging another about every 7 minutes. Hmm, any chance these could get experimented down to 20 Filling? That would let you start with 5, and peak out at +1800 buff with a three minute window before the first ones wore off, and a constant +1200 or +1050 from then on...

Good enough?
