Well i'm at master chef, just waiting on my subs. I've gotten most of the best resource TC has, but these really won't do for high end testing, they don't even compare to the resources i have on live, i'm hoping this will be addressed.
Btw if anyone knows a tailor, tell them to give me a mail, i need some trim

is there anouther way i can view the spread sheet if i dont have excel?
i would really like to see what the new food does.

Last I heard Open Office (www.openoffice.org) was free and is compatible with MS Office files. I can't really say how user-friendly the install and usage of it is, but I have heard mostly good things about it.

Just FYI, I've been updating my own chart, you can see the current results (having only reached novice chef) here:
And the base spreadsheet that's based off of (plus several other useful tools) here:
Not yet as complete as Vidi's, but I think the min/max ranges might be a bit more accurate for the ones I do have. I'm not sure if I've got the dedication to grind out chef again, I may end up waiting until skills are available on the frog. I know, I'm a lazy tester. 
I'm not really liking the "fixed stat" items. I'm hoping that's just a bug resulting from converting the old data to the new buffs.

About the conversion of Food Stuffs from the Chef Revamp last year:
Anyone want some +104 Mind/Focus/Willpower Ormacheck? It wasn't converted to exp gain last year.
I'm worried that none of the other foods I've created will be converted and rendered obsolete.

If your lucky, the food that isn't converted might be better than the stuff that will be in the CU = )
